Dr. Letourneau is an enthusiastic teacher, with various undergraduate offerings during her career at UC Santa Cruz including Entomology, Insect Ecology, Integrated Pest Management, and the Environmental Studies Capstone Senior Exit course. Recent graduate courses are Advanced Topics in Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems and Interdisciplinary Research Methods in Environmental Studies. Other graduate courses have been co-taught with social science colleagues and combine ecology, political ecology, public policy, political economy and history of science to model integrative approaches to the application of theory.
